Faulty or Incorrect OrdersUpdated 2 months ago

We are sorry to hear you received a faulty or incorrect item. All our jewelry is handcrafted by one of our highly qualified jewelry craftsman experts, and then the finished item gets 3 quality control checks including inspection by the shipping staff at BBYKUTE before the item gets packaged. This allows us to be confident in the items we dispatch and also makes sure the margin of error is zero to none. We also always take pictures or videos of the items before sending them, this is kept for our records and usually discarded after 180 days.


Therefore, any of the items that arrive faulty usually are a result of the lack of care by the shipping company, we always recommend opting for express shipping as we would send the items via FedEx / DHL / UPS, and they are very careful with jewelry parcels.


Incorrect item received options:

1. FREE replacement for the original item ordered.


Faulty/Broken item received options:

1. FREE replacement of the original item ordered.

2. Return of the item received for a FREE fix.

3. Store credit excluding shipping/return fees.


Please note, that faults that fall under user damage will not be accepted, as in purposely breaking the item or not caring for it properly, regardless contact us, and let's see how we can help. As for the custom-made personalized items, these items can not be returned or exchanged, the items are made only for you only, following your customization instructions.


Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the faulty/incorrect item and your order number so we can assess this for you immediately and provide the next steps. Returning a faulty order without contacting us prior, no reimbursement will be made, you will not be reimbursed return fees if our support team has not advised you via email, before returning the faulty package.
