In case you receive the wrong item, or a broken item, or the order never reaches you (returned by logistics and not marked delivered) BBYKUTE agrees in advance to replace the item ordered with a new one and ship it to the customer. Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving the package, along with images + order number at [email protected] OR in 3-6 weeks if the item didn't reach you after it was marked as dispatched/shipped.

• All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this time our system will not allow for it. Shipping fees will not be credited back, in case shipping is free a relative value of the shipping will be deducted from the store credit. There is also a 15% restocking fee for all returns.

• All returns will automatically be issued a Bbykute Store Credit (This will allow you to easily purchase an alternative item or the same item in a different size).

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
• Customers who have received product/s with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a full FREE replacement
• It is the customer's responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item.

Please make sure you have tracking and proof of weight for the parcel you're returning AND that all items must be in the original packaged condition for us to accept your return. Watches must also have protective peels in place.

We currently do not accept other types of returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, and also because every item ordered is custom-made for the size and gold finish wanted for you only. Our quality check department in collab with the shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition.

All sale item purchases are final. These items cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty. Please note, that all Items that do not comply with our Returns Policy will be returned to the sender.
